The Report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report, Pre-Feasibility Study for the Diablillos Ag-Au Project" is dated April 30, 2024, has an effective date of March 07, 2024, and supports the disclosure made by AbraSilver in its March 25, 2024, press release titled " AbraSilver Announces Robust Diablillos PFS With US$494M After-Tax NPV and 26% IRR”. There are no material differences in the Report from the results disclosed in the Company's March 25, 2024 press release.
