Alchemist Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Agua Technologies Inc.

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / December 3, 2018 / ALCHEMIST MINING INC. (CSE: AMS) ("AMS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the signing of a Strategic Partnership Agreement (the "agreement"), with Agua Technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, Alchemist and Agua will deploy the Aqua suite of software and hardware products to cannabis operators throughout the United States. Both companies will continue to explore other opportunities to further expand the strategic partnership and enhance the user experiences for all users. The strategic partnership agreement will see the two companies share revenue on a 50/50 basis from the "net" proceeds generated from all clients contracted under the agreement.
