ALPHAMIN ANNOUNCES APPROVAL OF SECONDARY INWARD LISTING ON THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE OPERATED BY THE JSE

Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM), ("Alphamin"), Alphamin is pleased to announce that, further to the company's press release of 14 November, 2017, it has received approvals from the Financial Surveillance Department of the South African Reserve Bank and the JSE Limited (the "JSE") for the secondary inward listing of the common shares of the company on the Alternative Exchange ("AltX") operated by the JSE. Listing is currently anticipated to occur at the commencement of trading on the JSE on or about 7 December, 2017 under the ticker symbol (share code) "APH".
