SAGUENAY, QC, Nov. 24, 2017 Arianne Phosphate (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSXV: DAN) (OTC: DRRSF) (FRANKFURT: JE9N), regretfully announces the passing of its Chairman of the Board Mr. Jean Lamarre.  Mr. Lamarre died on November 22 after a brief and courageous fight with illness.  Mr. Lamarre joined the Arianne board as its Chairman in March of 2016 and was a strong and guiding force on the board and within the Company. On behalf of the entire Arianne team, we want to extend our deepest sympathies to Mr. Lamarre's wife and family.

"The loss of Jean will leave a void," said Brian Ostroff, CEO of Arianne Phosphate. "He sat on many boards and served many causes; he touched a lot of people and will be greatly missed by those who had the good fortune of knowing and working with him.  Although Jean was constantly busy, he seemed to always have time.  Jean made those around him better, sharing his wisdom and guidance gained through his years of experience.  His leadership will be greatly missed and this void deeply felt."
