The technical report entitled "Updated Mineral Resource Estimate NI 43-101 Technical Report for The Toroparu Project, Cuyuni-Mazaruni Region, Guyana" has an effective date of February 10, 2023 (the Technical Report) and supports the disclosure made by the Company in its news release dated March 14, 2023.
