Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 27, 2018) - CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: CVV) (OTCQB: CVVUF) (FSE: DH7N), (the "Company") announces that it intends to extend the exercise period of a total of 2,000,000 outstanding share purchase warrants, each of which is exercisable for one common share of the Company at a price of $0.70 per share (collectively, the "Warrants"). The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement completed July 8, 2016. The new expiration date of the Warrants is July 8, 2020, provided that if the closing price of the Company's common shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange exceeds $1.00/share for 10 consecutive trading days, then at any time thereafter the Company may accelerate the exercise period of the Warrants to reduce it to a period expiring 10 calendar days after the date express written notice of such acceleration is provided by the Company to the Warrant holders. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain unchanged. This Warrant extension is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
