VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct.20, 2017(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CRYSTAL EXPLORATION INC. (the "Company" or "Crystal") (TSXV:CEI) (OTCQB:CYRTF) proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement financing on a best efforts basis of up to 7,142,857 units ("Units") at a price of $0.07 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.Each Unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.11 for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of the warrant.In addition, Crystal is amending the flow-through financing announced on September 15, 2017.Crystal proposes to complete on a best efforts basis of up to 2,222,222 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.09 per share for gross proceeds of up to $200,000.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used for Canadian exploration expenditures and working capital to advance gold and diamond projects located in Nunavut, Canada.
All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and finder's fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSXV.
