Deer Horn Announces Private Placement
Vancouver, BC (FSCwire) - Deer Horn Capital Inc. (CSE: DHC) (the "Company" or "Deer Horn") announces that it intends to raise up to $300,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of units ("Units") of the Company at a price of $0.02 per Unit.Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of Deer Horn and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant").Each Warrant will be exercisable into one common share for a period of one year at a price of $0.05/share.The Company sought and was granted relief from the CSE's minimum price rule.
In connection with the private placement, the Company may pay finder's fees to eligible arm's length parties who introduce subscribers for the Units.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to pay outstanding accounts payable as well as for other general working capital purposes.
