Duncan Park Announces Appointment of New CFO and Corporate Secretary

TORONTO, April 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Toronto, Ontario - Duncan Park Holdings Corporation (the "Company") (TSXV: DPH) announced today that John W. Langmuir has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Mr. Langmuir, currently a consultant, previously served as controller of Dundee Energy Limited Partnership (2011-2018) and as president of Langmuir Business Services Inc. (2002-2010) He has also had chief financial officer experience. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Langmuir's appointment coincides with the retirement of Harold J. Doran who had served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2005.  The Company thanks Mr. Doran for his many valuable contributions and dedicated service to the Company and wishes him well in his well-deserved retirement.
