("Li3") that the expiry date for former Li3 shareholders to exchange their shares of Li3 (the "Li3 Shares") for common shares of Bearing is September 28, 2019. Following this date, former shareholders of Li3 with cease to have any entitlement to common shares of Bearing.
Following completion of the merger between Li3 and Bearing on September 28, 2017, Li3 shareholders should have received a Letter of Transmittal with instructions on how to complete the exchange of Li3 Shares for common shares of Bearing.
