VANCOUVER, June 18, 2019 /CNW/ - Finlay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:FYL) ("The Company") reports that it is applying to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to amend the term of 1,666,666 warrants with an exercise price of $0.10 and expiring on August 2, 2019 issued under its private placement completed on August 2, 2017 (the "Warrants"). The Company is applying to extend the term of the Warrants from 24 months to 48 months; accordingly, the new expiry date of the Warrants will be August 2, 2021. No amendment will be made to the exercise price of the Warrants. The foregoing amendments are subject to regulatory acceptance by the Exchange.
