Golden Tag Announces Resignation of CEO and Appointment of Interim CEO

MONTREAL, Dec. 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Golden Tag Resources Ltd (TSXV:GOG): Golden Tag Resources Ltd. announces that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of David M. Rigg as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In light of Mr. Rigg’s resignation, the Board has appointed Bruce Robbins, presently a director of the Company, as interim Chief Executive Officer. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Rigg, who will remain a director and serve as technical advisor, for his services during his tenure.

The resignation and interim appointment will take effect immediately.
