(TSXV: GXU) (OTCQB: GVXXF) ("GoviEx" or "Company") announces the results of voting by shareholders at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting held today, Friday, June 28, 2019 (the "Meeting"), for the election of the Company's board of directors.
All seven nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 6, 2019, for the Meeting, were elected as directors of the Company at the Meeting.
Changes to the board
Anthony Abbenante did not stand for re-election at the Meeting.
