(“Harte Gold” or the “Company”) (TSX:HRT) (OTC:HRTFF) (Frankfurt:H4O) is pleased to announce the filing of a Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment (the “Report”) for its wholly owned Sugar Zone Project entitled “Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment on the Sugar Zone Gold Property, Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division, Ontario”. The Report, dated June 6, 2018, with an effective date of March 31, 2018, was prepared in compliance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards for Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and is available on the Company’s website at www.hartegold.com and under the company’s profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
The Report was prepared by Eugene Puritch, P.Eng., FEC, CET and Andrew Bradfield, P.Eng., of P&E Mining Consultants Inc., both of whom are “qualified persons” as defined in NI 43-101 and supports the scientific and technical disclosure in the Company’s press release dated May 3, 2018.
