Heatherdale Closes Private Placement

VANCOUVER, July 12, 2017 /CNW/ - Heatherdale Resources Ltd. ("Heatherdale" or the "Company") (TSXV: HTR) announces that further to its news release of June 20, 2017 and subject to TSX Venture Exchange final approval, the Company has completed a private placement for proceeds of $135,000.

Proceeds will be used to advance the Company's Niblack Project and for general corporate working capital purposes.
