Helio (TSX-V:HRC) Sells Remainder of Namibian Interest

VANCOUVER, May 5, 2017 /CNW/ - Helio Resource Corp (TSX-V: HRC), ("Helio" or the "Company") reports that, in an arms length private transaction, it has sold all of its interest in a private company with assets in Namibia (see news release dated May 31, 2016) for proceeds of CAD885,892. No commissions or fees were payable in regards to this transaction.
