The Company recorded a total loss of $1,287,344 or $0.01 per share for the three-month period ended March 31, 2021, compared to $3,339,751 or $0.02 per share for the corresponding period in 2020, a decrease of $2,052,407 or 61% from the prior period. The Company’s unaudited cash balance as at May 11, 2021 was approximately $5.3 million.
