Klondike Gold Announces Increase in Previously Announced Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Klondike Gold Corp. (TSX.V:KG; FRA: LBDP) ("Klondike Gold" or the "Company") announces that further to the Company's news release on March 17, 2017, it has increased its previously announced non brokered private placement to raise $2,000,000 of flow-through funds (the "Private Placement").The Private Placement has been fully allocated and remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to continue exploration and development of the Company's Yukon properties.The securities issued in connection with this transaction will be subject to a four month plus one day statutory hold period after closing.
