The Board of directors of Lam??l?(C)e Iron Ore Ltd. ("Lam??l?(C)e" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LIR) is pleased to announce, subject to the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), the appointment of Mr. St?(C)phane Leblanc as the new President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Lam??l?(C)e effective immediately. In connection with Mr. Leblanc's appointment, Mr. Hubert Vall?(C)e has resigned from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lam??l?(C)e. Mr. Vall?(C)e will remain a director of the Corporation.

The Corporation also wish to announce that Mr. Andr?(C) La Fl??che has rendered its resignation as Director of Lam??l?(C)e effective August 29, 2016. Lam??l?(C)e is very pleased to have had the opportunity to benefit from his participation on the board.
