(MMJ–CSE) (39N – Frankfurt) (MQPXF – OTC PINK) (“Matica” or the “Company”) reports on the successful Annual General and Special Meeting (“AGSM”) which was held on June 29, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario. At the AGSM, the Company’s shareholders re-elected the following directors to the board: George A. Brown, Gurcharn (Charn) Deol, Denis Bouchard and Boris Ziger. Subsequent to the shareholders meeting the Company also reappointed the following officers: Boris Ziger – CEO, George A. Brown – Interim CFO. Also, UHY McGovern Hurley LLP were re-appointed as auditors of the company and the continuation of the ten percent rolling stock option plan was approved.
