TORONTO, June 21, 2016 /CNW/ - MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: MVM) ("MillenMin" or the "Corporation") reports the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") and Meeting of Board of Directors held on June 21, 2016, in Toronto, Ontario. At the Meeting, all matters presented for approval at the Meeting by management were duly approved and authorized: 1. Election of all director nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 20, 2016, to the board of directors of the Corporation; 2. Re-appointment of MNP LLP as auditor of the Corporation for the ensuing year and authorization of the directors to fix its remuneration; 3. Re-approval of the Corporation's stock option plan; and 4. Approval of one for four common shares consolidation.
Voting results, with a total of 12,817,000 votes or 79.61 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares represented at the Meeting, are summarized as follows.

Following the Meeting, the MillenMin's Board of Directors re-elected or appointed Shunyi Yao as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and Yunkai Cai as President and interim CFO, Fan Xu as Corporate Secretary. Yunkai Cai, Peiwei Ni and John H. Paterson were re-elected as members of the Corporation's Audit Committee.
