VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rackla Metals Inc. (TSX-V: RAK) reports that it has completed its previously announced proposed settlement of a $16,245 debt owing to Bruce Smith, the Company’s President, for geological services rendered, by the issuance of 162,450 common shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share. The shares have a resale restriction which expires on January 11, 2019.
