Re-designation of director and List of Directors and their Role and Function

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX:SGQ) (HK:1878) (“SouthGobi” or the “Company”) referred to the announcement of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) dated June 1, 2018 with respect to the management change of the Company. Mr. Yulan Guo, a former executive director and chief financial officer of the Company, left the management team of the Company with effect from June 1, 2018, and he was re-designated as the non-executive director of the Company on June 1, 2018.
