("Regulus" or the "Company") (TSX.V:REG) announces that all share purchase warrants (the "2014 Warrants") issued pursuant to the Company's 2014 private placement have been exercised. In total, 5,555,555 warrants were exercised at an exercise price of $0.70 for total proceeds of C$3,888,889.
The Company currently has 74.2 million issued and outstanding common shares (including the shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the 2014 Warrants) and a treasury balance of approximately C$9.2 million.
