SEMAFO Announces Re-Election of Directors
MONTREAL, May 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SEMAFO (TSX:SMF) (OMX:SMF) announces that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 10, 2018, all directors nominated in the 2018 management proxy circular were re-elected. A total of 233,580,184 common shares or 71.75% of our issued and outstanding common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
