Engdahl to the Company's board of directors and has also accepted the resignation of Paul Conroy as a director. Paul was an original founder and past President and CEO of Westcore and has served on the board since 2007. The board of directors thank Paul for his years of service and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

As President and GM at Devco Financial, he was responsible for the procurement of a $10 million venture fund for the Province of Saskatchewan and as managing partner at Cascadia Ventures Inc., financed projects in excess of $100 million over a 3-year period.
Mr. Engdahl has also sat on the boards of various trade and economic advisory committees in Saskatchewan, including Enterprise Saskatchewan - Mining Group Committee, an economic advisory group to the government of Saskatchewan; and Chair, Audit Committee of Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership, a government/industry sponsored non-profit organization developed to aid and assist all exporters within Saskatchewan.
