(TSX.V:WGO) (OTC – Nasdaq Intl:WHGOF) (FRA:29W) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has been admitted to the Nasdaq International Designation program and its common shares will trade in the United States under the ticker WHGOF effective April 3, 2018.

The Nasdaq International Designation program commenced in December 2015. Two of the initial International Designation companies were Qantas Airways and Macquarie Group and there are now over 20 participants in the program. The Nasdaq International Designation is not a U.S. national securities exchange but companies are distinguished from other OTC traded companies by having met the program’s requirements.
