I warned you that Citibank was up to something last week when they posted a MASSIVELY BULLISH call on Silver prices before the end of the year...AND NOW WE SEE WHY WITH SILVER BEING SLAMMED DOWN MORE THAN 5%! Don't you wish we had regulators with at least 10% of their mental capacity in place?!
