ATAC Resources of Vancouver has received the final assays from the 2018 exploration program at the Rau project. Rau is located at the western end of the company's Rackla property 55 km northeast of Keno City.

The company says its exploration program points toward multiple intrusive related systems on the property - of which the Rackla Pluton is only one. Intrusive polymetallic mineralization has been traced over a 20 km trend so far.

Here are some highlights:

Follow up hand pitting at the Bobcat gold-copper skarn target returned a grab sample that assayed 9.53 g/t gold.Soil sampling east of Bobcat extended the existing silver-lead-tin anomaly by 1.2 km2.West of the Spotlight skarn target, a 2.2 km long gold-in-soil anomaly was identified.Hand pitting at Condor found a zone rich in zinc, with assays of 37.49% and 36.51% zinc.

ATAC president and CEO Graham Downs pointed to the possible upside at the Rau project. He noted, "Much of the property still remains at a very early stage of exploration, with strong potential for additional discoveries to be made. We look forward to continuing to advance this project in upcoming exploration seasons, with a focus on both gold and base metal opportunities."
