Italian flat steel distributor ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia (AM CLN) and special steel producer Industeel last week acquired majority ownership of European stainless and alloy steel distributor Centro Servizi Metalli (CSM), AM CLN said on Monday April 9.
