CIS FLAT STEEL: Buyers await further price declines

Buyers in the export markets for hot-rolled coil (HRC) and cold-rolled coil (CRC) from the Commonwealth of Independent States expect further price declines, sources told Metal Bulletin this week.

"The mills are becoming more flexible in price discussions, but they don't declare [their] prices.
