CIS FLAT STEEL: Export prices fall on global negative trend

Export prices for hot-rolled (HRC) and cold-rolled (CRC) coil from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) have fallen this week due to the global downward trend in prices, sources have told Metal Bulletin.
