CIS FLAT STEEL: Exporters set high offers on low material availability

Exporters from the Commonwealth of Independent States have increased offers for hot-rolled coil (HRC) due to low availability of March-rolled material.

Large sales to the CIS domestic market prompted the shortage rather than any improvement in export market demand, one source said.
