China to Host Israel Diamond Week

RAPAPORT... The first China-Israel Diamond Week will take place in Shenzhenin April. The event - organized by the Israel Diamond Exchange(IDE), the Shanghai Diamond Exchange (SDE) and Guangdong Land Holding - willinclude a seminar, the signing of a memorandum of cooperation, visits todiamond-jewelry manufacturing facilities, and networking events. The show will also feature a sales meet, where Israeli exhibitorswill present their diamonds to Chinese buyers. "The China-Israel Diamond Week brings the close relationshipbetween the IDE and the SDE to an even higher level," IDE president Yoram Dvashsaid Monday.
