EUROPE ALLOY STEEL SCRAP: Prices largely flat amid stable market conditions

Alloy steel scrap prices in the UK domestic and European import markets were largely stable during the week to Friday February 22, with sources indicating essentially unchanged market conditions compared with the previous week.

The exception was grade-316 stainless scrap imported to Europe, the price of which increased by ?,?20 per tonne on the high side to ?,?1,440-1,470 ($1,633-1,667) cfr for solid material.
