GULF STEEL BILLET, REBAR: Domestic rebar prices rise but imports stall

Rebar import prices for material brought into the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia both went up this week while there were no imports of billet, sources told Metal Bulletin on Tuesday February 13.
