Government inaction on HRC subsidies 'contradictory', 'unrealistic', Brazil steel group says

The Brazilian steel institute, A??o Brasil, considers the government's decision to reject trade sanctions against imports of hot-rolled coil (HRC) from China to be "contradictory" and "unrealistic," despite finding confirmation of subsidy practices.
