HRD NV of Antwerp will begin will issuing laboratory grown diamond jewellery reports. In an online announcement, HRD stated that "...our laboratory has the knowledge and instruments needed to thoroughly analyse your jewellery. Every diamond of the jewellery piece is tested to determine whether it is natural or laboratory grown. If all diamonds set in the jewellery piece are found to be Laboratory Grown, under disclosed condition, we will issue a Laboratory Grown Diamond Jewellery Report, with this clear wording on the cover."

The planned report will provide a general description of the jewelry, the laboratory grown diamonds it contains and the precious metals of which it is made.  It also will state, where applicable, the total amount of diamond, describe the 4 Cs, describe the jewelry piece itself, including the metals used and offer additional info about the designer and the collection the piece is part of.
