Moderating the discussion was Rapaport Group Chairman Martin Rapaport, with Dr. Morie Manyeh, Sierra Leone's minister of mines and mineral resources, participating as well.Rapaport outlined plans to arrange a trip to Sierra Leone for American jewelers to meet with artisanal miners.
