(IDEX Online) - Petra Diamonds has appointed Peter Hill CBE as its new non-executive director and chairman-designate with effect from 1 January 2020. Hill replaces Petra founder and current chairman  Adonis Pouroulis who is stepping down on March 31, 2020.
