Report: CEO buys as Exchange Income loses some altitude

Over the weekend in the Globe and Mail we featured insider buying at regional airline operator and manufacturing firm Exchange Income (EIF). The company is looking to expand its regional airline business in the north, a move that could be well timed should Canada become more focused on resource development.
