The TSX Venture Exchange rose a fraction to 829.32 Thursday. Roger Daher has filed a final prospectus to list his first capital pool shell, Skyscape Capital Inc. The shell is selling a $500,000 initial public offering at 50 cents through Canaccord Genuity Corp.
Skyscape also has one million escrowed shares, which it sold at 25 cents in January. Mr. Daher, 51, holds 600,000 of those shares. He is a pharmacist and the owner of seven Pharmasave stores in Ontario. He is also a director of David Danziger's capital pool shell, Aumento Capital VI Inc. (AUO), which is halted pending a cryptocurrency deal. Mr. Daher previously sat on the boards of three earlier Aumento shells, which have already closed their qualifying transactions. In January, 2018, Mr. Danziger filed a preliminary prospectus to list his next capital pool shell, Aumento Capital VII Corp., with a $500,000 IPO at 50 cents. Mr. Daher is a director of this new shell. He is also a director of one of the Aumento shell graduates, GreenSpace Brands Inc. (JTR: $1.42), a producer of meat, dairy, juice and snack products.
