TURKEY STEEL BILLET: Domestic prices hold as import, export prices slip further

Turkish prices for imported and exported billet have gone down over the past week, in line with the low demand for both finished and semi-finished steel products and weakening imported scrap costs, sources said on Thursday April 19.
