TURKEY STEEL BILLET: Import demand recovering but domestic, export sales sluggish

Turkish billet prices have fallen over the past week because of the poor demand in the domestic and export markets and the lower costs for imported scrap, while demand for imported billet has recovered slightly, sources said on Thursday February 1.
