TURKEY LONG STEEL: Weak lira, higher scrap costs push up domestic prices

Prices in the local market for Turkish rebar and wire rod have continued to increase, influenced by the weakening of the value of the country's lira and rising costs for imported scrap raw material, sources said on Thursday March 14.
