Velocity Minerals' speedy Bulgaria play

Miners will usually shout about a project's resource potential and only down the track will processing come into the investment pitch. Velocity Minerals (CN:VCL) has gone the other way; finding a mine in Bulgaria with apparently strong processing but poor mining operations.
