A Trump defeat is negative for base metals - Mickey Fulp

It is unlikely that President Donald Trump would be defeated at the November 2020 presidential election, said Mickey Fulp of the Mercenary Geologist, but should that happen, copper and other base metals would take a hit.
"If Trump is defeated, I think that would be negative for the base metals because a president that will come in on the Democratic side is not going to lean on China the way that many Americans think that they should be leaned on in terms of trade," Fulp told Kitco News on the sidelines of the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference.
