Abbud-Madrid interviewed by U.S News & World Report about lunar resources

Angel Abbud-Madrid, director of the Center for Space Resources at Colorado School of Mines, was recently interviewed by U.S. News & World Report about growing interest from space agencies around the world in potential resources on the Moon.

"It's very exciting to see countries like India, China, Japan, Russia, even the South Koreans, and of course the U.S. are going to be sending probes to the moon to look for resources," says Angel Abbud-Madrid, the director of the Space Resources Program at the Colorado School of Mines. "There's a realization that space resources are the next step in terms of the use of space for future exploration and for the new space economy."
