Agnico Eagle buys into Teck's US$1bn San Nicol??s project

Agnico Eagle will subscribe for US$580 million of Teck's Minas de San Nicolás (MSN) which owns the San Nicolás project under the transaction, giving it a 50% interest in MSN.
