Mark Bunting:We know that in the U.S., cannabis is still illegal federally, but on a state by state basis, it's legal and available on the medical and recreational side. Why are you operating in the U.S., specifically in California?
Andriyko Herchak:In fact, 29 states plus Washington, DC have legalized medical cannabis. There is tremendous amount of public support for medical cannabis and there's a poll that shows 93% of Americans in favour of it. However, it is still illegal federally, so capital in the U.S. is scarce. We're there to help top tier companies raise money.
